Indo-Pak relationship extends to education field

the two countries are gearing up for major cooperation in the field of education. There is possibility of sharing their expertise and experience in the fields of elementary, secondary and adult education. The cooperation may also result in the exchange of books between National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT), India and the National Book Foundation (NBF), Pakistan.A meeting was held two days ago in New Delhi, where the Joint Commission Working Group (JCWG) on education identified six areas in which collaboration would be possible after further consultation.
