To help provide a deeper and stronger foundation for advanced studies in Philosophy, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is now introducing an M.Phil programme in Philosophy from the coming academic session. To be conducted by the recently established Centre for Philosophy, the course will train the students to "engage critically with original philosophy texts, both classical and contemporary with a high degree of methodological rigour".
