Widespread use of IT tools has made it easier for counsellors and representatives of foreign universities to contact Indian students. So much so that students are now receiving SMSes carrying details of on-the-spot registration for foreign universities.While university representatives are sending messages to students, mobile operators are negotiating data space with counsellors.
