CET-2007

Punjab Technical University will now conduct Combined Entrance Test (CET-2007) on June 2, 2007. Earlier, the university fixed May 26 for conducting entrance test. Sources said Tuesday that around 14,000 students will appear in the test. It may be mentioned here that student of Punjab desirous of taking admission in Engineering, Pharmacy colleges affiliated to PTU , Jalandhar; Punjabi University, Patiala, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar must appear for this test. The students who are not residents of Punjab and want to claim 15 per cent quota reserved for such seats must fill out application form. However, they are exempted from appearing in this test. They shall be considered as per their merit in AIEEE - 2007 examination.
