MBBS graduates

All fresh MBBS graduates will be given temporary registration for three months and only after completing their rural postings, they would be allowed to pursue their post-graduate course. All existing doctors would have to re-register themselves after every five years to help maintain the quality of medical care. Comprehensive Bill will be passed in the Parliament next year to regulate the functioning of all hospitals, both public and private, as this would help in streamlining the procedure for setting up hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres.
